Roxanne Engel, Ph.D., is the Founder of MedSpa Network, an organization dedicated to advancing business education, training, clinical research, and strategic partnerships within the aesthetics industry. She is also Co-Owner and Chief Commercial Officer of Ocean Drive Plastic Surgery, Dermatology & MedSpa, where she oversees commercial strategy, marketing, business development, and growth initiatives.
At Ocean Drive, Roxanne led the creation of the Ocean Drive brand and the development of its plastic surgery, dermatology, and medical spa businesses. Her experience spans facility development and buildout, branding, business operations, marketing, patient acquisition, and practice growth.
Through MedSpa Network, Roxanne collaborates with aesthetic practices and industry partners on education, clinical research, and business development initiatives that support the advancement of aesthetic medicine.
Prior to her current roles, Roxanne held leadership positions with global healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and technology organizations, including one of the world's leading aesthetic companies. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and brings a practical, data-driven perspective to the business of aesthetics.
