Woodhouse Spa – Med Spa Integration
Woodhouse Spa wanted to launch a pilot program to determine whether medical aesthetic services could be successfully integrated into its existing day spa model while preserving the spa guest experience. If successful, the pilot would serve as a blueprint for expansion to additional locations. Success would demonstrate a scalable model that could be expanded throughout the franchise.
